He transitioned into commercial real estate, founding Warwick Capital Management in 2014 and building an investment sales record exceeding $1 billion, primarily along Manhattan's Broadway corridor.In 2018, he co-founded Current Real Estate Advisors, pioneering a modern, data-driven leasing platform that has since represented leading institutional owners, high-growth technology companies, and top-tier consumer brands.In 2025 alone, Current successfully leased over 500,000 square feet of office space.
