Brandon Charnas began his professional career as a corporate attorney at Kirkland & Ellis, one of the world's leading law firms, where he advised on complex private equity, debt finance, and mergers and acquisitions transactions. That legal foundation became the core of his approach to commercial real estate.
In 2014, Brandon founded Warwick Capital Management and immersed himself in Manhattan's investment sales market. Working block by block along Broadway's most active commercial corridor, he built a transaction record exceeding $1 billion in investment sales, including landmark acquisitions at 670, 799, and 888 Broadway.
In 2018, he co-founded Current Real Estate Advisors, bringing the same institutional rigor to the leasing market. Under Brandon's leadership, Current has grown into one of Manhattan's most recognized boutique leasing advisory platforms, representing institutional owners, high-growth technology companies, venture-backed startups, and established consumer brands.

Brandon approaches every engagement with the same framework he developed as an attorney: understand the full structure of the situation before recommending a path forward.
In commercial real estate, that means evaluating not just the market conditions and the available inventory, but the long-term objectives of the client, the positioning of the asset, and the creative structures that might produce an outcome neither party initially envisioned.
His work on 888 Broadway is an example of that approach in practice. The best outcome wasn't the most obvious one. Finding it required patience, institutional knowledge, and a willingness to engineer a solution from scratch.
Brandon believes that the most consequential commercial real estate transactions are rarely about the space itself. They're about timing, structure, the ability to connect the right counterparties at the right moment, and holding the transaction together through complexity.
He brings that belief to every assignment, whether advising a landlord on repositioning a vacant asset or guiding a high-growth company through its first major leasing decision.
